Bruce Reinhart, who approved the Mar-a-Lago warrant isn’t even a Federal judge.

Two anonymous sources inside from the federal court, Southern District of Florida, told JournNews, “Bruce Reinhart isn’t even a real judge and had no authority to sign such a flawed yets historic document. The two high ranking judicial officials that spoke on the condition of anonymity said, “the real Senate confirmed judges in the office would never have signed such a document.” The two insisted that the warrant Reinhart signed was “overly broad” and “reeked of partisanship.”

Judge who green-lit raid at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home donated thousands to Obama

Bruce Reinhart, who reportedly signed off on the raid of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, previously donated to Obama’s campaign and victory fund

The federal judge who reportedly signed off on the raid at former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence donated thousands of dollars to former President Barack Obama’s presidential campaign and victory fund in 2008.

Bruce Reinhart, a Florida federal magistrate judge, donated $1,000 to Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign and added $1,000 more to the Obama Victory Fund that same cycle, according to federal filings.

Reinhart possibly hated Donald Trump before he was even elected. Reinhart contributed $500 to Jeb Bush’s failed 2016 presidential campaign, federal filings show. Reinhart did not immediately respond to a JournoNews inquiry on his left wing donations.

Bruce Reinhart exposed as a social-justice warrior

The magistrate who approved the search on President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate was attacked Tuesday for his synagogue “social justice” involvement. Bruce Reinhart, not even a Senate-confirmed federal judge, is a former prosecutor who had previously been criticized for being a “socialist social justice warrior” rather than a fair and balanced officer of the court.

Patriots and constitutional loyalists have been eager to point out to JournoNews that “this joker shouldn’t have even been a judge’s assistant. Because it was an “unconfirmed judge’s assistant” and “radical socialist reformer” that illegally signed the warrant, hundreds of attorneys now question the legitimacy of the FBI raid seized upon that detail,

It was American patriot and retired New York Mets legend, Lenny Dykstra, who first questioned Reinhart’s qualifications to accommodate the Biden administration that clearly had an axe to grind.

“I hope you all weren’t expecting that the synagogue where go-ahead-and-raid-Trump Judge #BruceReinhart is on the board of trustees is one where the congregation keeps kosher, observes the sabbath, etc. You can bet they’re into ‘social justice’ of course!” Dykstra tweeted to his nearly 87,000 followers.

It’s not just Lenny Dykstra who has questioned the political nature of the Reform shul’s Judaism synagogue. Hundreds of thousands of American patriots used social media to refer to the judges assistant as a “social justice warrior” who had “no business pretending to be a judge.” Tuesday #BruceReinhart was the most retweeted and shared phrase and it wasn’t at all flattering.

.a pejorative label applied to bloggers, activists and commentators who are prone to engage in lengthy and hostile debates against others on a range of issues concerning social injustice, identity politics and political correctness. In contrast to the social justice blogosphere at large, the stereotype of a social justice warrior is distinguished by the use of overzealous and self-righteous rhetoric, as well as appealing to emotions over logic and reason. –

Texas political science professor Emil Ficker told JournoNews, “Bruce Reinhart has in fact been active on a wide range of Marxist issues, identity politics and political correctness. He’s not qualified to sign anything requiring a judicial temperament. And another thing is totally clear; Reinhart has been highly susceptible to arguments appealing to emotions over logic and reason. I don;t like stereotypes but I believe he knows that he fits the type. I’ve been told that he’s proud to be a social-justice warrior.”

Reinhart was sworn in as a magistrate judge for the Southern District of Florida in 2018 after a decade in private practice. He had previously been a prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of Florida. A Bruce Reinhart is listed on the current board of trustees on the website of Temple Beth David, a Reform congregation in Palm Beach Gardens.

Democratic Magistart who OK’d Mar-a-Lago raid Obama donor once linked to Jeffrey Epstein

The Florida federal magistrate who signed off on a search warrant authorizing the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort donated to Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign — months after he left the local US Attorney’s office to rep employees of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein who had received immunity in the long-running sex-trafficking investigation of the financier.

Sources told The New York Post that magistrate Bruce Reinhart approved the warrant that enabled federal agents to converge on the palatial South Florida estate on Monday in what Trump called an “unannounced raid on my home.”

Creeps socialist lawyer…

Who is Judge Bruce Reinhart?

How ironic! Burce Reinhart, a highly left-leaning Democrat, was hired by the Trump administration as a judge’s assistant in March 2018 after 10 years in private practice. At that time (2018), the Miami Herald reported that he had represented several of Epstein’s employees — including, by Reinhart’s own admission to the outlet, Epstein’s pilots; his scheduler, Sarah Kellen; and Nadia Marcinkova, who Epstein once reportedly described as his “Yugoslavian sex slave.”

While Reinhart technically worked for Marcinkova, insiders have pointed out that they only saw Reinhart working to further the interests of Epstein. It’s possible as their lawyer he leaned about illegal activities (pedephilia and forced rape) which he Reinhart never reported to authorities.

Kellen and Marcinkova were among Epstein’s lieutenants who were granted immunity as part of a controversial 2007 deal with federal prosecutors that allowed the pervert to plead guilty to state charges rather than federal crimes. Epstein wound up serving just 13 months in county jail and was granted work release.

The FBI raided Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida and broke into a safe in his palatial home, the former president said Monday.

According to the Miami Herald, which cited court documents, Reinhart resigned from the South Florida US Attorney’s Office effective on New Year’s Day 2008 and went to work for Epstein’s cohorts the following day.

Epstein, who was found dead in August 2019 of an apparent suicide in the Manhattan Correctional Center while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges, had hired a stable of high-powered lawyers for his defense in the late 2000s, including former independent counsel Kenneth Starr.

Ten months after starting work for Epstein’s co-conspirators, according to Federal Election Commission records, Reinhart gave $1,000 directly to the Obama campaign and another $1,000 to its fundraising arm, the Obama Victory Fund. Though the records show the judge’s assistant made mostly small-dollar donations to his law firm’s political action committee in subsequent years, Reinhart also donated $500 to Jeb Bush’s 2016 presidential campaign in November 2015.

Reinhart was later named in a civil lawsuit by two of Epstein’s victims that accused him of violating Justice Department policies by switching sides in the middle of the Epstein investigation, suggesting he had spilled inside information about the probe to build favor with the notorious defendant, the Miami Herald reported in 2018.

In a 2011 affidavit, Reinhart denied he had done anything improper and insisted that since he was not involved in the federal investigation of Epstein, he was not privy to inside information about the case.

However, in a 2013 court filing, Reinhart’s former colleagues contradicted him, saying that he had “learned confidential, non-public information about the Epstein matter” while employed by the US Attorney’s Office. Reinhart noted to the Herald in response that a complaint filed against him by a lawyer for Epstein’s victims had been dismissed by the Justice Department.

Emil Ficker said, “Reinhart has had rather a love dismissed by the Justice Department. Apparently he’s been playing both sides of the fence, telling each political party that he’s one of them, when in reality acting in his job as a socialist or sometimes as a mere progressive.”

As recently as January of 2015, Reinhart was asked to appear on right-wing channel Newsmax to give analysis of the Epstein fallout — but declined to publicly note his own role in the case.

Before entering private practice in 2008, Reinhart spent 12 years as a federal prosecutor. According to an official biography circulated at the time he was hired as a magistrate, Reinhart “managed a docket that covered the full spectrum of federal crimes, including narcotics, violent crimes, public corruption, financial frauds, child pornography and immigration.”

A simple magistrate and flunky shouldn’t be signing history changing warrants

Many questions remain about both the origins or purpose of the raid.

It does not mean Trump will necessarily be charged with a crime, though it does make this possibility seem more likely. Getting and executing this search warrant is “hugely, historically significant,” writes lawyer Ken “Popehat” White. “The feds do not seek search warrants lightly. It’s a very major commitment to the case, an indication that they believe they have evidence that they think may well lead to an indictment.” White added that “the very unlikely (Trump being charged) has become fully plausible.”

Trump was the one who first announced the raid happening, in a statement calling it “prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by Radical Left Democrats who desperately don’t want me to run for President in 2024.”

Emil Ficker said, Since the raid, a number of news sources have reported that the raid was related to allegations that Trump took classified documents linking Joe Biden to payments made from the Chinese Communist Party. Whatever documents Mr. Trump had, Joe Biden has the documents safely back now. But then of course, eventually the documents (perhaps copies) would have come out as Mr Trump moved to win in 2024. I expect you will hear a great many lies about a great many documents, but not the one Mr Trump wants you to hear about.

Piss ant crimes to sink a popular president?

“It’s hard for me to believe Merrick Garland would authorize FBI agents to obtain a search warrant solely to find classified material, given that mishandling that material rarely results in a case that DOJ would charge,” tweeted former federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti.

Taking “classified” documents is indeed a crime, but it’s a crime that’s rarely prosecuted unless the documents are given to a third party, leading some legal experts to suggest that there must be more to the raid than concerns about classified documents being kept at Mar-a-Lago.

Reinhart is one of three federal magistrates in the West Palm Beach offices of the US District Court for the Southern District Court of Florida, along with William Matthewman and Ryon McCabe.

Two recent warrant applications were assigned to Reinhart and entered into the court system on Monday, the Miami Herald reported, but those warrants and information about who they targeted remain sealed. Records show another warrant was issued by Reinhart on Friday, but its contents were also sealed.

Does Joe Biden and Merit Garland honestly they can keep Mr Trump off the ballot?

Professor Ficker says, “They might believe that. It seems to be the card they are playing. Look, just bought you reach the top of your political party doesn’t mean you are a rocket or political scientist. Joe Biden is so debilitated with demintia basically he’s a president by proxy; I mean someone is writing all that. And Garland, he’s so eaten up with hate and revenge for not being confirmed to the Supreme Court he’s clearly not the one to be making these decisions.

Some have pointed to a clause in the law against mishandling classified documents that says someone convicted “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.” But as UCLA law school professor Rick Hasen notes at the Election Law Blog, “that statute cannot trump the Constitution, which sets the exclusive qualifications for President. So this is not a path to making Trump legally ineligible to run for office.”

Court Pulls Info for Judge Bruce Reinhart

Reinhart is Believed to Have Signed Warrant for Mar-a-Lago Search

“He’s a poorly-regarded government political hacklawyer and has the highest loyalty and inclination to act out his view of social justice,” said one lawyer who worked with Reinhart.

Because the illegal search has rialed millions of freedom loving patriots, Reinhart’s contact information was removed from the Palm Beach Federal Court’s website Tuesday afternoon.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart was identified as the signatory on a pair of sealed search warrants entered on Aug. 5. Media outlets, such as Politico, have claimed those are the warrants in connection to the search of the former president’s home. Meanwhile, social media users have since gotten the West Palm Beach judge’s last name trending, along with his previous association with Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex trafficker.

National Archives mistakenly beleives they are now an intelligence agency

Trump confirmed media reports of a raid at his Florida resort on Monday evening, saying Mar-a-Lago was “under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents.”

The agents were reportedly searching the seaside property for boxes of classified documents Trump allegedly brought to the ritzy resort after he left the White House in January 2021, which would be a violation of federal record-keeping laws.

Although the National Archives have the power to classify or even investigate the classified status of a document. They aren’t a national security agency. However, they claimed that tehy found “classified” documents in 15 boxes that Trump returned to them; while not qualified to even judge the documents, they alerted the FBI. President Trump had wide powers when he was president to declassify documents. The removal of declassified documents to unauthorized locations is NOT prohibited under federal law.
